Comment:  Going downhill. They had to spring rush because so many girls dropped and accepted anyone that was desperate enough to want a house. This isn’t a “top” house. Even if it was, it isn’t anymore. Lots of beaters and fewer girls are rushing a phi each year because of their bad rep.
