Comment:  Dphie won chapter of the year and its no surprise. All of the girls iv'e met are very beautiful, funny, and down to earth. They're not fake at all and are very welcoming to everyone even if you are in a different organization. They know how to have a good time but are also very classy and well rounded girls. Wish i joined.
