Comment:  This chapter was thriving & in recent years they have went down hill. They kicked a number of their members out due to internal conflicts that ended up being housing issues. They also used to be involved on campus and in the community, but have slacked off. They have lost the genuine idea of a good member and now focus on a pretty or instagram worthy member.
