Comment:  Zeta very much recruits the same type of girl, but it works for them. They do have a lot of internal issues within the chapter, but they put up good front. It seems like they do pretty well academically and are involved in their philanthropy. They also have some members that are so involved on campus and do amazing in leadership roles!
