Comment:  Not in the top 10 or is maybe at position #10. Still at least 9-10 better fraternities than Pike at CU and they don't have a house which kinda sucks for them. They have to rent out an apartment complex lmfaoo and throw parties in a pipe ceiling garage. Recommend rushing somewhere else if you want to experience good brotherhood and houses capable of throwing big parties.
