Comment:  If you're looking to start a fraternity at Cal. Don't. Just get all your friends to rush ASig. They have a nice-ass house that not even half of the brothers live in. Plus they have like 10 guys. So if you bring more than that you'll have taken over the house in about a semester or two. Much quicker than starting a new fraternity.
