Comment:  theta is a mid to top tier house but on the down low. involved on campus and have some of the best grades. some girls are really weird and others are a bit self-righteous but they have a strong sisterhood especially after losing a sister this year. they are not popular greek wise because they don't interact with the frats. they could be a top tier house if they would get over themselves and work with the rest of the greek community
