Comment:  Unbiased review. Phi sig is pretty greasy. Two things come to mind when thinking of them: Taco Bell and Pedro from Napoleon dynamite cuz half of them have that mustache. Rly popular with freshmen at start of year (and whenever theta inevitably gets suspended). As a srat social chair I’ll say their social chair was a hard to deal with douche. They’ll never lose that house so they’ll always be top tier
