Comment:  Theta is definitely a (not THE) top house on campus but their latest pc is very unsocial and doesn’t go out as much as the 22’s. The new location of Kams also hurts this sorority a lot. The girls are super hot but the sisterhood is very poor and many girls drop. They are not involved around campus but they are hot enough to still be considered a top house. Many girls regret joining just because of the top house status due to the lack of friendships
