Comment:  There is no way you can “forget this frat exists” when they have the nicest looking house at the edge of frat row. Their guys are extremely nice and fun. They just are more lowkey because they don’t do anything wrong. Get to know brothers and especially party on the 3rd floor and you will see how great they really are.
