Comment:  Mid tier house, rising to top mid maybe cuz they got a sick courtyard and they got a few studs in the spring pc. Despite that half of the kids are absolute losers. They’ll rise if the courtyard can attract better pairs but definitely not coming out of mid tier anytime soon
