Comment:  Until this past year, Theta was an upper-mid or top-tier sorority. There most recent pledge class changed everything for them. They went for looks only, and it caught up with them. Nobody wants to be in that “mean girl” lifestyle (that’s why they didn’t get a top-tier frat courting them for hoco). PNMs be warned, you can’t judge a book by its cover. This strat ain’t what it used to be.
