Comment:  So GPhiB was like everyone’s top choice in recruitment this year. No surprise there. All of the girls are really pretty and know how to hold a conversation. But I think there’s something going on in the sorority because they have a really high disaffiliation rate. Like around 30 girls dropped last semester. So idk if its sisterhood or what but gphi needs to work on retention
