Comment:  Theta has pretty girls, usually pulls from the same group as DG and AOPi. Lots of south florida vibes, but a couple southern type girls in the mix. Frats love them and they are lots of fun (sometimes seem to have a little too much fun). I preffed them but decided on somewhere else, sometimes regret this decision. They socialize w all top tier frats, they are bottom of top tier for sure!
