Comment:  These boys throw the biggest bangers at IUP. Nobody comes close to them when they are opened up. Phi psi holds all the big functions on campus and is the place to be during big events. They are the only frat that are close with all organizations including all the sports teams. These guys know everybody. Good people to know/have on your side.
