Comment:  Trying to give an honest review of phi del here, I’d definitely say it’s a top tier fraternity, I’m not in a fraternity but after going to some parties and meeting some of the guys I think they’re pretty cool and they have a good presence on campus. A lot of people I’ve talked to know of them at least.
