Comment:  First class coming back is generally the guys you’d expect from a fraternity: wealthy, but chill guys, with a strong academic focus. Second group is mixed, there’s a couple guys that definitely wouldn’t get a bid from most houses, but a bunch of guys that are pretty chill (you’ll probably see them skateboarding around campus), and a few guys that could get a bid at most chapters on campus. Pros: Smart (mostly engineering, CS, and science majors) The guys aren’t douchebags Nice house and location Generally wealthy across the board Strong academic support + heavily involved Cons: 1 over-involved alum micromanages pledgeship and events A few guys that are kinda weird (not in a creepy way, more just an awkward, I only leave my room for classes, booze, and meals way) High academic requirements Small chapter right now
