Comment:  Under rated for sure. This PC will set the ground work to be more selective amd not worry so much about numbers in future PC's. When KS returns and PKP recovers, SAE SN DTD and OX will be decent groups, Pike will almost be back and big names like ATO and KA will start to be bigger attractions. Beta could work out really well and DSP and DX will both survive and possibly thrive. When we have 10 fully functional fraternities again is what im looking forward to.
