Comment:  DU is pretty new, I think they came around the same time as PMD and Pi Kapp, but I'm not sure. They definitely fall below the two in rankings. They're average dudes and have average parties. Since they came to campus they've struggled to make a splash, but they aren't seen as losers/wannabes. They have the potential to be a good chapter if they get their name out there more, but it seems many lack the dedication. Incoming freshman who want to help a chapter develop would benefit DU.
