Comment:  The literal only downfall of this fraternity is their house. But you can't blame them for that. They are still a new fraternity compared to everyone else at UTM, so it is almost impossible for them to afford to build/buy anything new. They consistently are having brothers who become very successful post grad. They are stupid fun to party with. You can really tell that they are all close nit. I love hanging out with them, because they don't make me feel bad for not being able to afford greek life. If you are looking for a fraternity who will have your back, make sure you succeed, and that you can have a good time with, Sigma Chi is where to look.
