Comment:  Honest opinion of Pi Kapp is they’ve definitely risen to the top tier. They have great parties, pretty cool guys. But they still don’t pull the girls in SDT and Deeph that Sig Ep and SAE do. Pi Kapp’s best sorority relation is with Zeta. They have solid guys, but don’t have pledge classes as good as Sig Ep and SAE. They definitely have passed Sig Chi but they clearly have a big presence on this site that tries to prop them up higher than they really are. Their upcoming seniors are dope, upcoming juniors solid, and have decent upcoming sophs, but they aren’t close to top house yet.
