Comment: Based on their instagram and what I know from going to ASU this sorority has fallen in the ranks. This sorority doesn't have many relations in greek life and all around is not that present on campus. They are well liked during recruitment by new members because their active girls are very good at making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. This sorority brings in an average size pledge class and it seems like their retention rate is very high. It doesn't seem like many new members want to drop this sorority after bid day and all the fun sisterhood events they hold in the weeks following. The sad truth is that this sorority is being left in the dust of other sororities because they seem to be falling lower and lower in the ranks. Many new members seem to have a struggle making friends in this sorority right away and because of this there are many cliques formed (which seems to be negatively effecting their sisterhood). You hear less and less about this sorority on campus and this seems to be effecting their overall popularity in a negative way as well. They do have select fraternities that they work closely with and to their benefit it doesn't seem like any fraternities hold negative opinions about them. They do hold some events with other sororities but these events are becoming few and far between. Overall greek life holds a neutral feeling in regards to this sorority. Normally that would seem like a positive trait, but in this sororities case it is causing them to become less and less relevant. I do hope things turn around for these girls because they are genuinely very kind hearted and seem to be more diverse in their recruitment process. This does not mean that this sorority is not selective during recruitment. GPA does play a part in the selection process, so keep this in mind if you are looking to join this sorority. When looking at their instagram it seems like these girls do get along with each other (keeping this clique issue in mind), are more inclusive than other sororities on campus (due to the fact that there is no "one look" among these girls), and are all around pretty. It seems like the type of girls that gravitate toward this sorority are more academically driven, laid back, and moderately social. New members should really give this sorority a chance if they are looking for minimal greek life involvement, for a good friend group, and a sorority that puts academics and diversity at the forefront.
