Comment:  Sig Ep has good potential, but they are just too poor to throw consistent quality parties. They are one of the smaller top tier frats, but they have solid brotherhood because of it. Last two pledge classes have been decent, but def not great, but def not bad either. Still a fun frat, but def need some work
