Comment:  I was a TKE pledge a couple years ago, and honestly it’s just not what I thought it would be. During Rush Week, they seemed very kind and genuine, but in my time as a pledge, I was able to really see what they’re all about. I feel like TKE at Centenary is more of a club and not a fraternity. My biggest problem was that the brotherhood was weak. After seeing my two older brothers be in fraternities at different schools, the TKE chapter here just doesn’t compare. I felt as though there were many cliques amongst the fraternity and not one true bond or brotherhood. They also didn’t take much pride in their fraternity. I wanted to be a part of a group who loved their fraternity and brothers as much as I saw my two older brothers love their fraternity. After seeing that the members of TKE just didn’t have this love and pride for their brothers or fraternity, I decided to drop.
