Comment:  Definitely a dead middle tier fraternity. It’s an average brotherhood which is slowly falling apart, but I’ve seen them literally recruiting pledges off the bat down town because they seem desperate. Middle tier maybe lower would describe them best but not that bad. I’d look into FIJI, Phi Delta Theta, or ATO before considering lambda.
