Comment:  Sig Chi is kind of weird to gauge. They are widely viewed as a "top-tier" fraternity at Tech for one reason, and that's because almost all their brothers have "daddy's money." They also generally recruit people that come from wealthier backgrounds or athletes, which also adds to their perceived look. Because of the amount of money they have they usually throw it at a lot of things like homecoming and do well. But overlooking the amount of money they have, these guys seem to kind of keep to themselves and don't do much. These guys overall are good and fine, but because they aren't the most active bunch with everyone they are honestly middle-tier even though they look like they have the image of a top-tier fraternity.
