Comment:  They don’t have the best brotherhood. Too many small groups on this fraternity and they only care about quantity so they can keep up with house payments. They have the best frat house in GC in my opinion. Somewhat friendly to non-pikes and are popular to girls, especially Zeta since they’re generous enough to let them rent their 1st floor.
