Comment:  Kappa sig def has a good group of guys. They aren't top tier and someone that says they are top don't really know real greek life here. That said, they still throw some pretty good parties and their annex was always popping. Honest rank would put them solid mid. They got room to improve but they are no longer lower mid in part because of of other frats getting thrown off.
