Comment:  Phi Delt at Tennessee Tech looks to be on an upswing right now. This year they pulled in one of the biggest fall pledge classes they've had in a couple of years and they have one of the stronger spring classes this year. They just won Depher Dude and DPhiE's philanthropy. Their intramurals still need some improvement, but it looks like that may get better with time. These guys are definitely looking like they could become one of the top fraternities within the next year if they continue their trend.
