Comment:  This chapter of theta chi is just awful. They have a small off-campus house where they throw lowkey parties every 3 weeks, don’t have a hoco partner again, don’t have the “IT” factor etc. Grades are decent but they just lack that quality that makes Greek life special. All of this is why they pull surprisingly big pledge classes for small Greek (20+ new members) but lose so many of them as time progresses...
