Comment:  These guys get a ton of hate from the majority of fratville. Despite this in the fall of 2019 they signed the most Fraternity recruits by a decent margin. The dirty “old motel” is well known for throwing great parties and recently they seem to have been prioritizing safety by making sure people stay safe/get home safe that go to their parties. They also have a heavy IFC presence. As long as they can keep doing what they are doing this house should only keep growing.
