Comment:  From the people I have spoken to who were/are in Theta, there are really mixed experiences. They have had sisters drop because of cattiness and dirty rushing tactics, but I have also met some amazing people in this house who disagree. If you're considering this house, make sure you get along with many of the sisters, not just one or two. I am in a different sorority and I still love Theta, but one of my friends who used to be in Theta said she wished she was warned about the negatives that come with being a member. They're still a great house and that's just one experience, so don't let that deter you from going through recruitment!
