Comment:  Prior to going in to rush, I had heard things about all the sororities and had a predetermined decision about who would be the best fit. And I quickly found out (as cliche as it sounds), DZ was home. There wasn’t just one kind of girl- there were athletes that I could dominate in Greek Week with, religious girls that I could participate on campus outreach with, social girls I could go out with. There was always a study buddy I could cram with and talk in to going to Saga (the Max now?) brunch on Sundays. I felt like I could truly be myself in DZ without conforming to the other (stuffy) sorority stereotypes and it was always evident that they loved me for me. I cannot imagine my 4 years at GCSU without being a part of this organization and treasure the friendships, memories and experiences that came from my time in DZ.
