Comment:  They have no clue what being in a fraternity is because they basically immediately initiate all their associate members. Pretty lame and thats why they get the quality of men that they do. They do have some great guys that make the organization stand out and do a good job of getting the right man for the position. However they have a lot of work to do to be a great fraternity
