Comment:  Please look at all the (very obvious) self-rankings. This fraternity went from very middle tier to top ranked on this site in 1 semester. Stop making your pledges rank you on sites like these - it's not that serious. If you want insight into the real Phi Delt, just look at their social media to see the kinds of people they attract to their brotherhood...
