Comment:  The Delts have always been a relatively well-rounded Fraternity, however, I will say, I have not seen much of their campus interaction, just heard of the parties. I have heard some really bad, personal stories about some of the brothers in it, but Idk how accurate they are. Some of the fraternities that were seem as low-tier in the last year and a half seem to be on the come-up. Regardless, everyone has things they need to work on.
