Comment:  Zeta Beta Tau at Penn State is on the come up. Yes as of now they are not that highly ranked but they just received a high potential pc. With the sophomores and new members (freshman) running this fraternity it will be near top tier in the coming future. With that and their great brotherhood ZBT is the place to be.
