Comment:  So let me give you the Run down of Dphi, not a bad frat last few pledge classes have been solid. The frat is definitely middle tier on the way up for sure. They got robbed of their house from another frat, but they claim they will get it when the lease is up? who knows but as for now I can say is there’s a 99% chance if you’ve been to a dage it’s probably been theirs. They have turf and a tent which is different from most frats, they have nages ( a dage but still night time if you can’t put 2 and 2 together) which are always fun
