Comment:  They don’t have as many chapters as some of the other top tier fraternities, but I think I would consider them the top fraternity at Penn State. They have great parties and the guys will actually be social and talk to you without being utter douchebags like some of the other top tier ones. I would say they are a top two fraternity, if not then the best.
