Comment:  SigEp seems like they are all super nice and likeable on the outside, but overall as a chapter, they are rude. There are a lot of nice people in SigEp but the bad outweighs the good with these boys. SigEp is a dry house for some reason, so all their parties are off campus at satellite houses with "jungle juice" you have to pay 5-10 dollars for, (typically poorly made). One of my least favorite party scenes. A lot of the underclassmen have predatorial vibes and don't treat the women of DU very well. I don't normally feel safe around them unless I personally know them. The upperclassmen are pretty quality guys though. It sucks that they're the biggest house cause they obviously value quantity over quality. They're also pretty cliquey, even with people outside of their house.
