Comment:  They are all over this site every August pushing this narrative their PC was best on the row and they’re a top house now. Then yet again, they do spring COB, have poor grades (though not the worst), and a trashy rep. They only recruit for looks, so they are a pretty house, but continue to have terrible retention and evade issues they should get in trouble for. (Such as the HB incident two years ago, only getting fined for the encouraged dirty rushing, trashing other houses during recruitment, and more). Still top of New Row.
