Comment:  First of all most of the people who Say this frat is top tier that’s a complete lie. They are self ranking. I will say they are better then a couple years ago. Still the fraternities parties aren’t good there house is a townhome and they guys are average at best. This isn’t a good pike unfortunately and I would look at rushing elsewhere unless you connect with them.
