Comment:  If you aren’t blonde, size 2, and have over 2000 Instagram followers, forget it you will never get in. I know many KDs to be sweet individuals, but when your recruitment process is based on those things, you lose credibility in my eyes. It should be based off who do you want to represent your sorority, not physically, but in the way they conduct themselves in life. People will see through filter lens you put on everything. I never really thought forcing diversity was good thing to do, but the lack of representation throughout most Greek life is concerning, considered that USF is known to be a diverse school.
