Comment:  Most of pc’19 are party animals and trashy. They are a bottom house but unlike top houses, they have diversity. I always see them at parties (like ALWAYS) and it’s mostly 8 ball or another bottom ranked frat. While this may be a good house nationally, at Wsu this is not.
