Comment:  Theta isn't a top house honestly, and they haven't been for years. The house is completely divided by the 'black thetas' who drink and go out and the 'gold thetas' who don't. The one thing that had made theta a good house in the past couple years was that they were first in grades and now theyre like #6. Theta is honestly just weird and im surprised that some of them still think theyre good like they used to be. Good jesus girls tho
