Comment:  I’ve never posted on this site, but I believe that some things should be said. SDT’s reputation definitely has improved over the years, along with being really excellent recruiters. As recruitment is approaching, I feel like it’s important know your options. Although when I was going through recruitment, SDT put a bad taste in my mouth the first day when the girl I was originally talking to left me standing alone, to talk to no one (for the rest of the round). This happened to other girls too. Through recruitment you are already so nervous and stressed (at least I was) and for someone to rudely do that, I still remember it clearly. No matter if you know a girl isn’t right for your chapter or not, have the decency to carry a conversation. Strangely enough they asked me back the next day... even though I talked to no one. It just shows what kind of people some of them are. But recruitment is different for everyone.
