Comment:  New pc is not the strongest but a solid middle class. Nice, friendly girls who seem to get along and have reputation as average, middle tier house on campus. Not a top tier house at all but they do okay as far as hanging out with their fellow Greeks and involvement on campus. Tend to self rank way higher than reality, which is why they are so high on the this site.
