Comment:  before i went through recruitment, i had only heard good things about tri delta and i was really looking forward to going to their house during open house rounds. but they were all very judgmental and made me feel uncomfortable while i was talking to them. they didn’t even get the chance to find out anything about me because of how they felt about me based on my looks. after recruitment was over, i found out that a lot of girls felt the same way. some advice for tri delts: don’t make a girl feel like she’s lesser than you just because you don’t think she’d fit in. have a conversation and make her feel welcome
