Comment:  Not too many know Phi Kaps in person I dont think. I heard they were the best at TCU before they got kicked off but I just got here and I think they are still really good, just not as social as other fraternities. I had a blast at the party and they were all really friendly. would recommend going to their parties if you haven't already
