Comment:  Ok there is no reason to purposely purposely rank Theta Low just to make their average score go down. Everybody knows that Thetas are a solid middle tier chapter at Baylor. Nothing to HATE nothing to LOVE, and that’s why their average score is highest. Thetas are pretty and CHILL.
